Social Project Affair (SocPro) is the affair that focuses on empowering marginalized communities and preserving the natural environment. SocPro organizes social responsibility programs such as charity fundraising, volunteer community service, and environmental awareness campaigns through projects such as AltruILSA and Earthy ILSA. This affair aims to foster a sense of social commitment among members by actively involving them in projects that create positive social impact, encouraging empathy and responsibility beyond academic and legal pursuits.
SocPro’s Programs
ILSA Berkah
ILSA Berkah is a social program by ILSA Chapter UNAIR focused on sharing and donating during the month of Ramadan. ILSA Berkah 2025 was done in collaboration with an organization supporting children with serious illnesses, spreading blessings and social care within the community. The program fosters solidarity and compassion among members during the holy month.
AltruILSA
AltruILSA is the flagship social project event by ILSA Chapter UNAIR, that focuses on community empowerment involving volunteers. Through fundraising, workshops, and collaboration with various institutions, AltruILSA inspires social awareness and inclusivity towards marginalized communities. AltruILSA 2025 had a focus on elderly rights, with the main event having volunteers visit a nursing home.
Earthy ILSA
Earthy ILSA is an event organized by SocPro that focuses on raising awareness towards the environment. Earthy ILSA 2024 was dedicated to promoting sustainable fashion and raising awareness about the harmful effects of excessive clothing consumption. The event encourages mindful consumer habits and educates participants on reducing fashion waste to support environmental sustainability, inspiring a shift toward eco-friendly fashion choices.
