The International Moot Court Affair (IMCA) is the affair dedicated in preparing and selecting delegates for international moot court affairs, such as the Philip C. Jessup Moot Court Competition, Willem C. Vis Moot, John H. Jakson Moot Court Competition, and others. Some of IMCA’s key programs are INTERNATION, an international moot court competition for beginners interested in IMCCs, and A Day to be a Mooter, an event created to provide students with deeper understanding of how international moot court competitions work. Furthermore, IMCA also holds the important task of organizing selections and assisting IMCCs delegates throughout their IMCCs journey.
IMCA’s Programs

IMCC Incubation
IMCC Incubation is an event organized by IMCA aimed at providing a deeper understanding of IMCC to members interested in competing, through workshops with IMCCs alumni and real memorial writing and pleading simulation. This event is designed to enhance interests and prepare members for IMCC, whether they’re already familiar with moot court or are just beginning to develop an interest.
INTERNATION
INTERNATION is an annual international moot court competition organized by ILSA Chapter UNAIR. Aimed at beginner mooters, INTERNATION provides a stepping stone for law students interested in getting their first taste of IMCCs. Every year, INTERNATION invites Indonesian and foreign law students to participate, developing their skills in legal research and oral advocacy.

International Moot Court Competition (IMCC) Selection
In ILSA Chapter UNAIR’s participations in IMCCs, IMCA holds the crucial responsibility in the process of selecting prospective delegates who would represent Universitas Airlangga in the IMCCs, including setting up the registration form and communicating with the selection committee. After the delegates are selected, IMCA are still involved in managing the team, including assisting delegates in their communication with ILSA and the Faculty. ILSA has participated in many IMCCs, such as Jessup, IHLMCC, Vis Moot, and FDI Moot.
